Thank you for visiting Elijah’s website. We are very thankful for all your concern, giving to our family and especially how so many of you are calling out his name before our Father. Elijah is blessed with special gifts, the full extent of which we will not know for weeks, months and years.

We are very glad that the value of a human life is settled by our sovereign creator rather than by a culture that puts price tags on people. Spina Bifida was called by one neurosurgeon the most complex condition compatible with life. We believe the following words from God himself through Solomon and David settle the questions about the value of human life.

"Sons are a heritage from the LORD, children a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them."
Psalm 127:3-5, NIV

"You created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be."
